sparkindarknessA lesbian was forced to attend an Atos medical assessment to keep her benefits as a disabled person. She suffers from numerous mental health complaints – as so many within our community do – and was already anxious upon going to see the doctor
And that doctor decided it was appropriate to subject her to graphic, hateful homophobic rant
On another topic, the east end of London was plastered with many grossly homophobic posters. The posters declared the area to be a “gay free zone” with an extremely threatening religious verse “Arise and warn. Gay free zone. Verily Allah is severe in punishment.”
