Mad Secretary excells herself.
Nov. 22nd, 2005 02:40 pmIt's still bloody cold.
And to make it worse the thing from the black lagoon came to an appointment (not with me thankfully) again. The Thing is a rather large lady who sweats when standing still in a walk in freezer. She changes her clothes about once a month, showers once a year and is completely unacquainted with any kind of perfume, deoderant or anti-perspirent. At least, that's what it smells like.
While we flinch away and act polite, mad secretary doth quoth:
"God, did someone kill a Yak in here?"
I feel sorry for the person who has the appointment and had to keep a straight face.
The Thing is now known as the Yak. Her files have all been suitably labelled.

Date: 2006-03-30 10:04 am (UTC)(gods does that sound snobby - but it's true! It's TRUE!).
I also find that some people, nervous about going to a lawyer's office, will actually dump a vat of perfume on themselves to smell palatable. Yuck.
Nice to meet you too, welcome aboard.
