My favourite "I feel the need to punch you in the face now" is people being Hurt and Bewildered that I harboured the suspicion they'd explode when I came out to them.
Because I should know better! I should know that they are sensible modern liberal enlightened people who wouldn't have a Thing!
And it's like, please stop being offended at me now before I have to kill you. Be offended at the society we live in, and all the OTHER sensible modern liberal enlightened people who Manifestly Failed at this moment with me or with mine.
