As others have said, Turkey freezes well. (assuming you do have a freezer and hopefully some extra room in that freezer?) LOTS of things you can make with said Turkey, but rest assured you will probably get sick of it LONG before you get finished with when only two people are eating it. If it helps, cats like Turkey (most of em!) if you maybe have some cats in the neighborhood?
