It seems that my ancient lycos email account has finally been shelved and will be closed - so say the people at lycos anyway.

Rather annoying but there you go. As such any email sent to my lycos account will not work from february - though my googlemail should work as normal

wow, talk about an eaddy I hadn't seen in ages.

the universe expands, people move on to other free email services (like I have to set a reminder to check my hotmail once a month since its my spam eaddy)

Did you need to archive it? Even if it may not do any good you might want to go delete all mail. They probably have all that archived and will sell it but may have a case of stupid and deleting them will work.
