Yup, happiness and much fun to all English folks for 'tis Bonfire night! Fire works! Huge fires! Public nuisances and harried fire brigades! Roast spuds, toffee apples and people being burned alive in effigy. And everytone staying up way to late, but massive fun *waves sparklers in a completely irresponsible fashion*

Actually, now I think of it, Happy Bonfire nigt to everyone else who celebrates it too. I always thought of it as an English holiday 'cos a lot foreigners didn't seem to have heard of it, or the why of it. But now I think of it, what is Austalia and New Zealand's position on bonfire night? What about Canada?

Heh, I dunno - Happy Bonfire night to everyone who wants to have fun! Celebrate the foiling of a massive act of terrorism/protection against religious persecution/elaborate hoax to increase the popularity of a hated king.

with dozens, nay hundreds, of fireworks in every direction and at least 3 major bonfires I can see from my window...
