Sweet, sneak over to peek at my friend sinboy. I'd link it but I still can't figure out the linkie thingie. He's got a ton of stuff on all this, news clips et etc. You might find a "local" (to me that is) friend that could hand you more of the real mess over here, he's got several connections about N.Y. city and gets loads of info.
Personal opinion on all this: The jackass should just bite his tonge and get a reality check. Anyone who has to "reach down" to move his foot in a restroom is either disabled and Needs to, or is a creep trying to hide. L.C. is the latter in flaming neon undies. ;)
