LJ-backup and restore help

I have been using lj backup to ensure everything I post gets stored in my hard drive (me? Paranoid? Course not!)

I have 2 problems with this - 1st I can download the posts but not the comments, for some reason it tells me it can't log in and suggests I check the user name and password (if they DIDN'T have the right username and password, how, pray tell, did they download the posts including Flocked? Grrr.)

This wouldn't necessarily be a problem, but any attempt to use webrestore (which I assume is the programme to get your journal back ON the internet if it gets broken) keeps moaning that I haven't downloaded comments.


So... halp! How do i download everything with these wretched tools and how do I restore them all to netty netty goodness?

I really can't say what's wrong, as I used lj backup and had no trouble at all downloading everything, comments included.
