2) Sleep in whenever possible
3) Drink much alcohol
4) Thoroughly enjoy life

The good lady who wishes to quit smoking AND lose weight AND limit her chocolate consumption AND spend more time with her excessively annoying mother AND quit coffee.

I do not know whether tro run and hide or watch with amusement. Maybe some protective clothing is in order

Hmm...I haven't had chocolate in 3 days (yes, I'm still counting in days), I've managed to start eating a lot healthier than I was. However perhaps in response, I've been drinking even more coffee and I haven't even begun to think of quitting the fags (my excuse is that I'm waiting on a copy of Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking).

And the worst thing is, I could be doing a lot worse :)
