All in all, madness was had by all.

I have lots of pressies - mainly lots of cheesy DVDs because I like my cheesy DVDs :) and now must split my time between watching them all and living in the gym

Hmmm... yay to a degree, but it's not a major focus - it's more faith than magic for me. But yes, yay, in moderation and in a form that is another reflection of prayer, will and our personal power and confidence and connection with the divine

Ah. I'm sort of trawling around the people I can think of...

I'm in an unfortunate situation; it's rather unlikely that anyone would ever have a legitimate moral reason to do X - but I do. Trouble is, I'm not sure how to do it, and I don't want to jump in with both feet, but finding someone who knows something about it and isn't, ah, 'slightly dubious'...

Hell, how many people are there who've any experience of serious-serious working that aren't at least slightly dubious...

(I like that description, though. That's a good one.)
