As to lunch breaks a former employer did a test of an article in the local business magazine. Forced people to take their break period in a break area and to take a one hour lunch outside of the business. Productivity rose dramatically. I forget the percentages. People also were way less snippy.
I don't snack much and will go way too long between meals because of disinterest or malaise which is bad. I've tried to keep milk around since it's the one thing I can consume when everything else makes me nauseous.
I have the exact opposite hair, Exxon would love to find the gene I have to stuff in some E. Coli and make oil by the gallon. My hands get slick with it. It picks up city filth enough to blacken wash water or if I'm in the rednecktopia south of here it will run red from the clay dust.
