I've had a Kisayd before (Lasombra/Fae Sabbat) At least they were in 3rd ed. They had Obetenbration, Dominmate and Mycentheria (their own discipline involving a lot of Fae powers). Their clan weakness was a weakness to iron. They tended to be scholars.
