Random me update

Not been a around for a while because I'm working on that "work/life" balance thing.

Thanks to some, ummm courteous advice from my coven, I've figured out that I completely over-ordered my attempt to create work life balance. As my wonderful coven mate said "if you're FORCING yourself to do something "fun" then it isn't fun anymore - it's just more work." Which was true. I was reading books I didn't especially want to read, playing games I wasn't actually interested in playing and having DVD marathons of films I didn't want to watch. Go me.

So I've been spending a lot of time with quality beloved & me time. And a lot of not-so-relaxing but still fun beloved & me time.

I'm writing lots of little snippets but they're a bit disjointed so I will gather them back together and suddenly post a ream.

Oh and we had a Regency day. I like Regency days :) And lots of Munchhausen because of it.

So all is good. ahhhhh got to love that

Silly. Things in life come in two categories: the fun ones and the ones we have to do in order to be able to do the fun ones. If it isn't fun, and isn't something you have to do in order to have fun later (like, work, pay the bills, visit the mother-in-law (because feeling guilty about not visiting would spoil later fun) go to the damn opticians *squints at screen*) then don't bother...

That's today's philosophy. I'll probably get another one tomorrow...
