Everytime I read a post about how your Beloved Got It Wrong In The Kitchen...

I imagine a cookbook. 1 page sets the story (maybe more than 1 page). With a picture of the ruin. Another has the proper recipe, w/ a picture of things done right.

I think you'd make a FORTUNE. (I need to save these, and upload them to my Kindle. Seriously.)
